At Desimann, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our handmade products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at hello@desimann.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or a full refund.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only process cancellations if the order has not yet been prepared for shipping.
