Shipping Policy

At Desimann, we work hard to ensure that your order reaches you safely, fresh, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website, WhatsApp, social media, or any other official Desimann channel.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, we usually process and pack it within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-demand periods may take slightly longer to process.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, and operational delays.

  • Local/nearby locations: Usually 2 to 4 business days
  • Metro cities and major towns: Usually 3 to 7 business days
  • Remote or service-limited areas: Usually 7 to 10 business days or more

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We will try our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Areas

Desimann currently ships orders within India to serviceable PIN codes. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option or cancel and refund the order if delivery is not possible.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping fees may vary depending on delivery location, order value, product weight, packaging type, and courier partner.

From time to time, Desimann may offer free shipping, discounted shipping, or promotional delivery offers. Such offers may be limited to selected products, order values, or locations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we may share tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or your order account page, depending on the available contact details. You can use the tracking details to check the delivery status of your order.

6. Packaging

We pack our products carefully to reduce the chances of leakage, breakage, or damage during transit. Since Desimann deals with food products such as pickles, oils, spices, and related items, we try to use suitable packaging according to the product type.

7. Delivery Attempt

Our courier partner may attempt delivery as per their standard process. Please make sure that the delivery address and phone number provided by you are correct and reachable. If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, locked premises, or customer refusal, the order may be returned to us.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Desimann will not be responsible for delivery failure or delay caused by incorrect address, wrong PIN code, incomplete contact details, or customer unavailability. If reshipping is required, additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Delayed Delivery

Sometimes delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, natural events, high order volume, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will try to assist you with tracking and courier follow-up.

10. Damaged, Leaked, or Tampered Package

If you receive a damaged, leaked, broken, or tampered package, please do not consume the product if it appears unsafe. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video of the package and product.

After checking the issue, Desimann may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution depending on the case.

11. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details, package photos, and an unboxing video. We will verify the issue and provide a suitable resolution if the claim is valid.

12. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You may request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible. For more details, please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

13. Return to Origin

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, incorrect address, customer refusal, or customer unavailability, we may contact you for reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping. If the order is cancelled after return, shipping charges may be deducted where applicable.

14. Bulk or Business Orders

For bulk orders, business orders, reseller orders, or custom packaging orders, shipping timelines and charges may differ depending on quantity, location, and transport requirements. Such details will be shared before order confirmation.
